Time to Learn!! Take a Deep Breath and Let's Go!

Help me give my students access to digital Time Magazine for Kids and personal headphones to listen with. Also, we need an air purifier in our portable classroom so we can all stay healthy due to covid.

My Students

Inquisitive, funny, talented, witty, smart and so kind, that is my group of sixth grade students! Covid has really been unfair to students these past two years and we are trying so hard to adjust to the new normal.

What is our new normal?

Sometimes it can be meeting together virtually on Zoom. We make this time engaging and rewarding! Scavenger hunts, exercise, and nature walks when the weather is good. Most of the time we are in class.

The time spent together has made us closer and we work to help each other and cheer each other along! We have a great cheer squad!

My Project

The materials I am requesting can be used at school and home. When we have to go online the students will have access to the lessons provided by Time for Kids. There are many videos, lessons, activities that can be assigned by the teacher. In class they still have access to this material. The headphones will help with listening to the content as well as students using them to block out noise.

When we are in class we will use the air purifier daily.

We are in a portable classroom and cannot have our doors or windows open, due to security and safety. With cold season, COVID and other airborne matter floating around, we need this to help us have clean and safe air to breathe.
