My second graders are curious, inquisitive, and creative. They love to play, laugh, and enjoy their learning. They master some new concepts in a snap while others need a little extra practice to be mastered.
This is where learning games come in!
Games are a great way for students to reinforce the skills and concepts taught in class while strengthening relationships with their peers. They may choose the game they want to play, igniting interest from the start, and are able to have fun with their friends while practicing key math skills needed in everyday life.
With your kindness, my students will be able to develop a love of math in an engaging, fun format.
They won't be stuck on workbook pages; instead, they'll be laughing and learning. Who doesn't love that?!
And the best part, we will be able to use these games while we are in distance learning and in class. I will be able to spin, roll, and flip cards for students while they tell me the next move to make. It will be a blast!
