My students need to support updated non-fiction needs of my students! I like to make sure they have up to date current events to read! WE need Time for Kids.

My Students

My Fourth graders are some of the sweetest and curious minds I’ve ever met. Their love of learning inspires me to go above and beyond. Their questions are endless and they have such a zest for learning! Our classroom community has a healthy blend of diversity and my students are very accepting of all walks of life. We focus on mindfulness and a growth mindset in order to be successful in the classroom as well as in life! They’re the best!

My Project

We need a subscription to Time for Kids magazine, which will be a valuable resource in my classroom. These magazine will help my students learn more about the world around them! We will use these magazines to read current event non-fiction text. The magazines will help my students become well rounded global citizens.

I will use these Time for Kids magazines to teach reading, writing, history, persuasive writing, and informative writing in the classroom.

Currently, I do not have a good paper-based resource for this type of reading. This will be beneficial for my awesome fourth graders. I hope you will consider helping to fund this awesome project idea!
