TIME For Kids is a weekly classroom news magazine that motivates kids to read! Issues cover a wide range of real-world topics and themes kids love to learn about ? and it's the best nonfiction text you'll find! A powerful teaching tool, TIME For Kids builds reading and writing skills and is easily integrated across the curriculum, including social studies, science and math.
TIME For Kids Magazine- Big Picture Edition (grades K-1) includes: 30 issues per student, 15 FREE poster size issues for guided and shared reading, a FREE Teacher's Guide with student reproducibles, and mini-books with issues connected to math, science, or social studies. Issues include two levels of text for emergent readers and readers moving into fluency. TIME For Kids Big Picture edition publishes 4 weekly issues, delivered once a month from September through April, then 2 issues in May (30 issues total), with breaks in service during common school closings. Teachers will also receive a complimentary copy of each issue of TIME For Kids for themselves. During the year teachers will also receive two free Teacher Resource booklets, TFK Science Theme Learning Centers, and 99 More Ways to Use TFK! The cover story of TIME For Kids each week is tied to a National Standard. Each Teacher's guide provides other resources on the articles, ideas to help build nonfiction literacy skills, vocabulary words, and student activity pages to reproduce. Each subscriber to TIME For Kids also has access to exclusive website content.

TIME For Kids reserves the right to prorate issue quantity, free gifts, and pricing for orders received after October 16, 2004. Only valid for orders in quantities of 10 or more.
