My Students

My students are a creative, active, and caring group of 4th graders. They enjoy hands on learning and activities that are engaging. They come to school ready to learn, create and grow academically. The students I teach enjoy opportunities to collaborate and share ideas with each other. This resource will give them this opportunity while enhancing their learning at the same time. Collaboration is essential to building community in the classroom and building relationships with each other. This opportunity will help several students social well being.

Meeting the student's at their learning level is essential and important to me.

My fourth graders are an amazing group of kids who try their best each day!

My Project

Bringing this resource into the classroom will benefit my students several ways. It is high interest reading which will support my most reluctant readers. It is relevant reading to what we are learning and will support our current unit Information unit. This resource will also enhance learning by bringing real world information and experiences to students.

Collaboration among peers supports academic growth and social-emotional well being.

This resource will benefit my students ability to think critically and share ideas. This is often difficult for children at this age. Having a resource students can use and relate to will bring educational benefits that will support their learning for years to come.
