My students need TIME for KIDS magazines! My ESL students need these magazines to support their reading skills.

My ESL students are incredible! I have a variety of students from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and learning needs. All of my students are ELD level 1 and have recently joined our school district. These students have the unique challenge to learn both ELA and English in an inclusive classroom setting.
My kiddos are smart, funny, sweet, and love learning!
These students are working on their English language skills as well as their English Language Arts skills. The students are primarily focusing on phonics, phonemic awareness, and common vocabulary skills. Additionally these students are working on primary decoding skills, and reading comprehension strategies. Our school is located in Boston, MA.
I am asking for two class sets of TIME for KIDS magazines for my two groups of ESL students. These students are ELD level 1's and have recently joined our school community. I would like to use these magazines to help familiarize my students with reading as well as with current events that are both developmentally and educationally appropriate for them. I have chosen this magazine because I feel that the topics are appropriate and relevant as well as engaging and exciting. I have chosen this set to best match my students educational needs and abilities. I think that the monthly subscription of these magazines will be both an exciting and educational treat for my students to look forward to each month.
