My Students

My classroom is home to 24 eager little learners! These kiddos are part of our 120 student school population. Although our school is small and the majority low income, these kids have a fire for learning. Already this school year their growth is impeccable! Their learning abilities and strengths come in a variety pack, meeting the individual needs of each student is my goal so that they have no limitations! Providing adequate resources to meet their needs is most important to me.

My Project

Adding technology to our ELA and Math centers will provide enrichment to my gifted students! Using resources available on these tablets to customize learning will skyrocket the performance of my high-level kiddos. This opportunity can give them challenging resources, and the independence they are looking for. My goal is to push each student to reach their full potential and to offer them education through a multitude of media. Using these tablets to access IXL, and other amazing applications allows me to customize the goals of each student and track progress. Individualized learning is key to meeting the needs of every student. We all learn at different paces, and through different experiences. I wish to provide that for all kids within my classroom.
