My Students
My students are in fifth grade. They are all so eager to learn and express their thoughts. Packed into a classroom with 30 other students is not easy for growing children, but we make the best of it. Our school is in California in a town near the beach. We do not live in a big community, which is why our school is so important to our city. We are a district in and of ourselves. I teach at the bigger campus, where all of the fourth through eighth grade students are educated. We also have a smaller school, built back in 1954, for the younger students. Please support these young children who are in need.
My Project
My 5th graders are always willing to share information during our amazing classroom discussions, but sometimes they forget to raise their hand or we don't always hear their voices clearly. With this microphone, our class will be able to share ideas in a fun way. Throwing the microphone ball will encourage students to participate and will also help with classroom management. This device can be used in any subject. Science, Language Arts, Social Studies, and Class Meetings will be brought to life with this new classroom toy! In addition to adding a little fun, my students will be able to work on their presentation skills and confidence within the classroom setting.
