My third graders are some of the most amazing little people I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. As a group, my kids work together with kindness and generosity of spirit.
They come from a variety of economic and cultural backgrounds and we are a Special Education inclusive classroom.
Each student makes sure everyone is included and feels like part of our classroom community. Individually, they are learning to persevere through their own unique challenges and to reach their personal learning goals.
My Project
65% of today's elementary aged students will likely have a job that doesn't even exist yet, many of them in STEM fields. It is my job and passion as an educator to prepare them for a world we can even't imagine yet. As a Special Education and Title I classroom, my students have a variety of needs and abilities, this Kindle Fire will allow a small group of students to access individualized lessons. I want to get my students online with IXL and Moby Max.
This project will allow my amazing kiddos to create student projects, work on individual math and reading goals, and document and share work with their families and our community.
