My Students
Here at my elementary school in Jacksonville, Florida , I have the privilege of teaching an ESOL classroom of over ninety plus, enthusiastic students! Our school is a special jewel, as we have a beautiful array of diverse students from all across the world. Our classes are multicultural, multilingual and most importantly, bursting at the seams with students who show up eager to learn each day. They inspire each other to learn English, as well as encourage their peers to learn bits and pieces of their home languages. I am thrilled about the opportunity to be a part of Donors Choose!
My Project
These products will help my young learners to participate in cooperative learning groups using table top easels! I also included permanent markers for each of them to use on the easels. The copy paper will help us with printing projects in class. The reading comprehension prep books will allow me to send home quality test aligned homework with my students. Also, I will be able to use it in my small reading groups. I am so excited to offer these quality resources to our students. Without Donorschoose, I would not be able to offer my students these products. I am extremely grateful!
