My Students

What do you call a classroom full of students that love to learn but face hunger, housing difficulties, and lack of funding for their classroom? My classroom!

Most of my students live and function in a day-to-day existence getting their meals from school with me as the constant and stable adult in their little lives.

Even with the adversities that they face, they are still eager to learn and willingly work to please anyone who'll give them positive educational attention!

My Project

Dry erase markers and lap whiteboards are fun for students to use! They're a change from boring old paper and pencil and more appealing to students because mistakes are easy to correct on them.

Help me make writing fun through the medium of dry erase markers!

Help our class have another way to share what we've learned as we practice phonics, spelling, cursive, and math facts on our lap whiteboards. Dry erase markers will provide the visual and tactile stimuli that students crave in learning. Thank you for your help as my third graders think and use dry erase ink!
