My Students

Our campus is a Title I school with a diverse population of about 641 K-5th grade students. Many students come from low-income homes and receive free and reduced lunch.

We are committed to cultivating and sustaining a college and career-ready culture.

Unfortunately, our students do not have many opportunities to use problem-solving and creative thinking skills outside of the classroom.

This project will allow me to offer my students endless opportunities to learn about the world around them.

My Project

Virtual field trips bring learning to life. Many of my students can only dream of leaving this state not to mention leaving the country. Google Expeditions will allow me to remove all borders and walls for my students. Imagine diving in the ocean to swim with sharks while learning about animal habitats. Or touring Germany landmarks while learining about the life of Anne Frank during WWII. All of these amazing experiences are possible with Google Expedition virtual reality kits.

Google Expeditions will allow me to give students the world all while staying where we are.

The possiblites are limitless.
