I teach in an alternative education academy with science being a portion of my teaching duties. Many of our students struggle with issues other than school which makes receiving educational services in a traditional setting difficult for them.

Part of our science curriculum is converting measurements and using math to interpret graphs, charts, and population studies. The few calculators we currently have are very basic and work sporadically which becomes very frustrating for them.

If we could get a classroom set of scientific calculators, then we would be able to conduct classroom and research projects without the frustration of malfunctioning equipment.

Your help will ensure that my students are able to have current technology and be excited about learning skills that they can use later in life.
