They come from a wide range of diverse cultures and love to share stories about themselves and their family heritage in their work.
We have kindergarten through 6th grade, and all the students share pride in our school! They are very responsive to learning new things. Many times I teach them artistic behaviors and allow room for students to add their own imagination and personality into their artworks.
My Project
My students would use the easels to help with their paintings, and they're commonly used for paint parties. "Paint Nights" have become a huge trend on our area and many parents enjoy attending mini classes to create painting on their own. With the materials requested, students will learn how to create a painting upright, just like the well known artists and very similar to the "Paint Night" style!
The materials requested will benefit my students because they can learn how to work with materials similar to the great artists of history.
Having an upright easel will help students to create work from a different angle and teach them to view their progress from different perspectives. Students also benefit from working with different types of paint.
