My Students

I want to bring the world to my students and give them as many opportunities to be as successful as possible. I teach at a Title I school in Lakeland, Florida. More than 85% of students are on free or reduced lunch. Our students often do not have the necessary resources to purchase all the needed supplies such as books, notebooks, pencils, and paper. These items are needed to develop thier math, science, reading, and writing skills. I want my students to have the chance to be as sucessful as possible by having the needed materials to enhance their daily learning.

My Project

My students are in need of pencils and paper to complete classroom projects.

Reward pencils are given to students as incentives when they demonstrate success.

Many of my students also need pencils for home to complete homework. The paper will assist our class with math problems and ELA graphic organizers. Of course the paper will also help with those inside rainy recess days so students can draw! My students are working hard to master thier addition and subtraction facts. The cool pencils will be a nice prize for when they master thier timed tests. I appreciate any assistance that may be given to my classroom!
