Help me give my students Chromebooks in order to learn essential computer skills that will assist in reaching their target growth in reading, math, and district wide standardized testing that is required.

I teach a kindergarten class in an low income inner city public school where resources are limited and few. My future scholars are a delight to have. They are creative, thoughtful full of energy and full of questions! They come to school each day ready to try new things and take brave chances in order to grow both personally and academically.
They absolutely love technology, hands-on, active, engaging projects and challenges that allow them to think outside the box to find solutions!
My students are always eager to learn about technology that will prepare them to use a variety of tools to engage their world.
Truly, they are my inspiration! Everyday the curriculum require students to practice reading, math, and computer skills on the computer to meet their daily goals in which I only have two outdated desk tops for them to use. This result in all 25 students sharing the two outdated classroom computers as a way to learn and reach their target growth. I truly believe my students would be more effective and achieve more if I had additional technology (computers).
Technology has become the world's most greatest resource to learning and exploring. It is the most utilized tool in everyday life and it can make one seem lost without it. In order for my students to thrive and build on their foundation of learning in a tech savvy world it is vital they have access to Chromebooks to learn essential computer skills. The Chromebooks that I am requesting will be set up in my computer corner ready for students to use EVERYDAY. Each student will have 20 minutes each day to complete reading and math practice assignments from our curriculum. This will allow additional reinforcement from the lesson being taught for the day. At the end of each day, the Chromebooks will be housed in a locked closet until the next day.
The donation of Chromebooks will definitely make a huge difference in my students learning.
The use of Chromebooks will improve student achievement along with increasing test scores by allowing them to explore district wide reading and math programs and knowledge of how to access learning websites such as ABCMouse, Readingeggs, ABCYA, MathAtoZ other educational sites that will assist with learning. The Chromebooks will also allow my students to practice for the district wide test they are mandated to take online 3 times a year.
Currently, we only have 2 desktop computers and one laptop computer that keeps crashing. This situation does not give my students an opportunity to build computer skills and learn. Having the requested Chromebooks will make it possible for my students to become tech savvy and proficient at using technology in order to be successful.
