Help me give my students fun supplies to use at the VIP desk such as erasable pens, smelly crayons, erasers, mechanical pencils, dry erase markers, and so much more!
My twenty-eight students are fourth graders in a high poverty elementary school. They have a wide range of abilities, needs, and concerns.
Even though my students may deal with struggles at home, they come to school every day ready and willing to be part of our family and learn what they can.
They want to do their best and prove that they are capable of being successful. They strive to be "The Best They Can Be" each and every day!
My Project
Promoting positive behavior is an important aspect of being a teacher. In my classroom, we have a VIP table that is used to promote those positive behaviors. Students who display these behaviors on a daily basis are given access to our VIP table. For the week, they are able to use these amazing, fun supplies. They have their own space and supplies that only a rock star should have!
When you are a student that continuously shows positive behavior, you should be rewarded!
The materials requested in this project will replenish our VIP table. The students will have smelly markers, pencils, stickers, pencil sharpeners and so much more at their fingertips. They will strive to show me, their teacher, that they deserve to have access to our VIP table. Please help make this a reality!
