Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

My students come from a low socioeconomic background in NYC. My students have autism, behavioral disorders and sensory needs. There is no area in our classroom where they can go and take a sensory break. This is essential for their learning and safety.

This donation will impact my students learning by giving them the space and flexibility to move around the classroom safely.

My students would use these items to engage in lessons, learn to play independently and meet their sensory needs. Thank you for your consideration and donation to my amazing students.
