My Students
Throughout the school year, I have the honor of working with some of the most amazing young individuals who bring with them a variety of experiences.
The students at my school represent a wide array of cultures and I feel it would empower them to learn about their world through a variety of literary resources.
Gaining knowledge of the world will allow them to value and appreciate the diversity that is within their local and global communities. The students at my school display an incredible desire to learn and never cease to ask questions.
My Project
Having a classroom library that continues to motivate my students to read is one of the goals for this project. I want my students to have the same warm feelings for books that I had when I was a young student. Giving my students the opportunity to find the perfect book and the perfect book series will continue to grow generations of readers.

The students at my school display an incredible desire to learn and never cease to ask questions. These book collections will surely be loved by my students. I hope to house the beloved Diary of a Wimpy Kid, Stick Dog and Cat, Who Was and Is, as well as the Ivy and Bean series in my library this school year!
