Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This project will help the students at a school for those with emotional disabilities. These wobble stools have been shown effective to help manage the symptoms of ADHD, as well as for those students managing anxiety and other disorders. It is a great challenge for some students to be able to sit appropriately in their chair; therefore, these stools will allow them the ability to wiggle in their chair without being disruptive. This will allow the students a greater opportunity to learn. Also, the addition of the Bingo will help the students learn how to be good sports, improve their listening skills, and to follow directions.
