Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

My students enjoy learning and get excited when it is time to learn something new. They learn through a variety of different modalities. This class loves to work together and help each other. My class, which includes general education students, students who receive special education services, and English language learners, has a variety of needs and learning styles. This group of students has a good heart, and they just want to try to do their best to learn all that they can!

My Project

My students have been learning online all school year, but it has been very challenging for them and myself. They are not old enough to access the computer by themselves, so they need their parents or an adult to help them with learning in a new format.

Having educational resources for my students to learn in a way that is more familiar to them would be helpful to them and would be helpful to support their digital learning at home.

I'm hoping to find resources on TPT (Teachers Pay Teachers) related to literacy and math that my students would be able to access online and offline. This is something students could work on using their Seesaw account. It would be great if they could work on math and literacy work on their computer or another device electronically.
