My Students

I teach 6th, 7th and 8th grade ENL students on a variety of levels with a variety of needs. Students are coming from many different countries with varying levels of English proficiency and social cues. Students are not only learning English they are working on preparing for life in a new country.

My students look forward to growing in language and confidence as they learn to grow and navigate a new life away from the country they know.

They know that with the growth of language and confidence nothing can hold them back as they push to succeed.

My Project

The Q-Ball gives a hands on push for students in learning. With the microphone ball students will be able to get up, participate as well as work to improve their language.

Middle School students are always looking to move around and be heard.

With the Q-ball it gives them the opportunity to bring fun back into learning while pushing them to participate in the crucial speaking component of Language Acquisition.

My students are always looking for fun and exciting in the classroom and the Q-Ball will give them the opportunity to have fun as they grow to gain that confidence in the classroom.
