My students need versatile dry erase boards, expo markers, paper, and sticky notes to help them effectively and efficiently collaborate while solving problems
My students are sweet, driven, smart 9,10, and 11-year olds from the South Bronx. They come to school excited to grow and learn every day. No matter what is going on in their personal lives, they come to our classroom happy and full of love for each other.
My kids learn best when they have the opportunity to work together to create plans, ask questions, and solve problems about the world around them.
They are on their way to becoming the future leaders of our country and I'm honored to be a small part of their journey.
My Project
These dry erase boards are so versatile and can make almost anything collaborative (just slip the paper into the dry erase pocket and get to work!) In order for this to work most efficiently, of course they need dry erase markers too! Sticky notes help them to record their partner's feedback as well as their own ideas in a more permanent way. Dry erase boards and sticky notes seem so simple but they really do change the dynamic between the students and encourage them to go the extra mile.
My students learn best when they are able to effectively communicate and collaborate with each other.
These materials enable them to do this each and every day!
