My Students

I am working with the few students who pursue the Three "A's" at LaGuardia - Arts, Academics and Athletics. These students must meet the same requirements as their peers in both academics and their Art studios, and are also competing in the top division of High School Sports in New York City. They are a special bunch, and I am just trying to help make their time here at LaGuardia more special to them.

"Students don't care how much you know until they know how much you care!"

My Project

Just being able to use the same soccer equipment that they see on TV every week will make them feel like champions. My Girls work really hard all day, I just want to be able to give them something special for everything they do to represent their school and community. New Equipment like this would mean the world to them.

The quality of the equipment will make our practices stronger and help the girls develop their skills, making them more confident.

I believe that hard work and confidence on the Soccer Field will translate to those qualities showing up in the classroom and their studios as well.
