My Students

My students are so passionate. Not only about life, but also about music. My students are excited to have more instruments in class to help them practice the things they are learning about.

A lot of my students have ADD, ADHD, autism, and various mood disorders, and music is something they want to learn more about.

They love learning about singing, music theory, and percussion. These students are sweet and excited to try new things as they start this new year.

My Project

My students are learning about basic music theory and how to sing, keep a steady beat, lead music, sight read, and other musical skills that relate to participating in a choir class.

My students love singing loud and proud.

Having a keyboard that is higher quality in our classroom will allow us to practice our songs in our room and make it easier for us to learn our music. Having a piano in the classroom will also give us the opportunity to work more efficiently because we won't have to move around the school to get to a piano. This piano will be well used and loved.
