The uniqueness of the students within my classroom is what I enjoy the most. We embrace our differences, and we strive to motivate and encourage one another in different ways. The students in my classroom love reading because there are so many books that meet the interests and needs of each individual student.
I teach 22 Kindergarten students with varying backgrounds, abilities, and interests.
They love to learn and be exposed to new and exciting things. They need encouragement and options for relatable texts to read throughout the school year! We always make the most of any contributions within our classroom!
My Project
My students are always striving to grow as readers! Our classroom library is an essential piece of our classroom. It provides our students access to books to help them practice locating the title, flipping through pages, reading sight words, and traveling to new places that they have never been.

We are requesting books to help them grow as readers! When students are provided with high-quality and engaging stories, the more they will enjoy reading! We are always searching for new stories to get our hands on. Reading takes children to places that they have never been. We are excited for potential new stories that will help to increase our literacy skills.
