Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
Do you remember what it was like to see your artwork on your family refrigerator? Imagine what my students will feel when they see their work in a real art museum in the classroom. Imagine how proud their families will be when they see their work displayed like the Mona Lisa! Be a part of this!
My students are artistic and full of life.
Painting excites them and stimulates their young creative minds. Most of my students aspire to be life long professional and recreational artists. Art is their way of expressing their inner voices and thereby promotes their-self confidence.
My Project
The resources I have requested will give my students the ability to create and showcase their masterpieces. The canvases are essential, as they allow students to work with professional supplies. The easels will allow their finished pieces to be displayed in our art room museum. Students will have increased motivation to continue their dreams of being life-long artists.
Sometimes art is the only way a person, let alone a child, can express their innermost thoughts and feelings.
