My Students

I love my eclectic group of students. They enter my class with excitement, full of energy, inquisition, and spunk for yet another day of creativity. They gain more confidence through self-expression. Our scholars are exceptional. Help me inspire them to love and appreciate theater by taking them to Center Theater Groups’ Mark Taper Forum. Our community is combined with diverse learners that include gifted and talented, physically and emotionally challenged along with scholars who have blended or extended families.

My Project

Theater for Young Audiences at The Center Theater Group has invited our school to attend their Student Matinee Program. This grant provides free tickets for theater students to experience professional productions often for the first time. The Mark Taper Forum houses an amazing theater in the round type of stage with a slight proscenium elevation on the actual stage itself that reaches into the audience downstage. You feel like you are on stage right in front of the actors. The audience has wonderful views of the performance from literally any seat in the house. We are honored to be a part of this community of student artist and would really look forward to this incredible opportunity.
