My students need expo markers for understanding place value using laminated place value chart.

Our sweet southern town is home to a small section of a rural school district with 4,400 students total. The town is committed to the education of their children and is very involved in the school community. The majority of students in our school district come from low-income households; the average income in our district is $19,000 a year. All of our students receive free breakfast and lunch daily.
My students come to school with a wide array of backgrounds and experiences, and they are loving and eager to learn.
However, many of our students come to school without basic classroom supplies, and budgets for materials are limited.
The items that we are requesting donations for will be used in assisting students in understanding place value. How? Students have be given laminated place value sheets and will use the markers to write their numbers in the position in which the numbers belongs for a visual understanding of the content. The expo markers allow for the students to clearly erase any mistakes that they may encounter during independent, small and whole group practices. The markers are also low odor which is great for students with terrible allergies and sensitive to extreme smells.
The name tags that have been requested will be used to place on the individual students place value chart with their names so they will know which is theirs when using them for daily instruction.
The choice of the paw print is to symbolize the city’s mascot (bulldogs). The pencils will be used for the students that shows the understanding of the content for that particular month.
We thank you all for each and every donation that is given to help the students further the academic careers, and are every excited about learning the skills on place value
