My Students

I want to create lesson plans that will allow students to think outside the box. With additional materials, I will be able to provide my students with enrichment beyond the standard curriculum. As Theodore Roosevelt once said, "The more you know about the past, the better prepared you are for the future."

I teach in a diverse school with students of varying skills.

I have students who can be classified as honors, SPED, and English language learners. My school is attempting to use more technology but with limited funds, we are unable to offer enough for all of our student needs.

My Project

I am in need of a magnetic dry erase board for my classroom. With a dry erase board, I can display my objectives, agenda, and any other important information that my students might need to know. Students will also have the ability to use the dry erase board to brainstorm, share ideas, and even the opportunity to teach their peers.

With this dry erase board, my students will have the opportunity display their knowledge to the rest of the class.

I hope to create work stations in which the students may teach their peers. The dry erase board will allow my students to be independent.
