This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

My students are part of our pre-school classroom family. We come together daily to create learning experiences and develop positive social skills through our guided play, projects and daily activities. The children have happy hearts and minds. They love to learn and do so every day.

We help guide the children's growth by providing opportunities to learn and grow in the classroom.

This is possible by providing developmentally appropriate materials and experiences to the children. These children are our most precious commodity and are our future leaders.

My Project

Please help us stimulate the young minds in our classroom. Currently, we have a CD player that works at some points and at other times it does not. We would like to be able to broaden the children’s minds and hearts by building a love of music from across the world to them. Not only will we use the new CD player for music and movement in our classroom, but we will also use it for other learning experiences. The children will be provided the opportunity to grow physically, cognitively, socially and emotionally with the cd’s we have to offer. With this new CD player, we would be able to play our dance music from around the world, nursery rhymes, music, and movement games, sound recognition games, and learning songs. Please help us provide this opportunity for growth for our students!
