My students are an absolutely energetic bunch of eager learners! They are ages five to six and are always looking to learn new things in kindergarten! There are 12 boys and 11 girls in our class this year and they are ready to grow their knowledge in kindergarten.
They love any hands on learning experiences whether it's in math or reading.
On a daily basis, the kindergarteners spend a total of two hours working on phonics, sight words, reading and writing. We spend an hour on our math skills like counting, number writing, addition and subtraction, too. We also work in small groups to improve our reading. We view our classroom as a team, and are constantly helping one another. We would be so honored if you would help our kindergarten class become even more innovative!
Kindergarteners love hands on learning experiences.
These kindergarten students here are in need of a new pocket chart center and crayons to enhance their learning.
The pocket chart will be used for students to work on their phonics, reading and math skills. The crayons will be beloved by all 22 students as they will use them daily to make their work shine! This project will make a difference because students will use both items daily to help their knowledge grow.
Our class will be so grateful and honored by your kindness! Thank you for your time!
