Help me give my students books that we can read throughout the day and some that give them a challenge. Some of my students don't have the resources at home to read these books or higher level books.
They love mythology and creative stories. They have big imaginations and love getting caught up in these fantasy worlds of their books. Some students can’t afford books and do not have one to bring to school for silent reading time.
My Project
These materials will help challenge students and give them a variety of literature. We have reading time everyday in class and they love to utilize it. Not all of them have books at their level or ones they are interested in. Help give them this opportunity to expand their horizons, try something new and grow as a reader. They have so much potential and these books can help them continue to grow. My students love to read and I would use these books for small reading groups and book clubs.
