My Students

We can all recall the feelings of confusion and wonder associated with a child's need to know. What are rocks made of? Why is the sky blue? Should we provide the answers to these questions, or should we provide kids with the means and opportunity to find the answers themselves?

Our children are simply bursting with energy and enthusiasm!

To channel this natural curiosity, one of the best outlets is the school science fair. Giving our children the means to teach each other is a profound gift indeed. K wants to be a nurse. J wants to be an astronaut. J likes motors. S's into video games. It's all science, and they are all ready to learn.

My Project

The school science fair is one of the basic ways for students, and the community at large, to connect imagination with education. As many parents and teachers know, the cornerstone of the science fair is the trifold display board. Snappy graphics and colorful backgrounds can turn mundane into inspirational. Our kids only need a few simple tools to solve the most complex problems. An old cardboard box could serve the needs of one child today, but a sturdy display board could serve the needs of many future students.

The keyword here is REUSABLE!

Smooth, sturdy display boards can last for years, and lend a clean and uniform look to the happy chaos of every science fair. Standardized display boards also help level the playing field when it comes to socio-economic diversity.
