This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

I teach an amazing group of high school students who have challenged themselves by taking a brand new course at our school, AP Research. They are eager, talented, and driven student leaders. They have so much to offer both in and out of the classroom. The sky is the limit for this group of dynamic learners!

What really impresses me about this group of young people is their ability to do a lot with a little.

They never give up and they love to learn and try new things. They are curious, intuitive, and grateful for every opportunity that comes their way!

My Project

It may seem small, but this easel would be a great addition to our classroom! We can use it for student work, school announcements, student problem solving, and student presentations! The fact that it's on wheels will allow us to give all students access to it and get the best use out of it. This small item would make a huge impact on our classroom. We can also continue to use it for years to come so that thousands of students will have been able to use and benefit from it. Please consider making a donation to our classroom!
