My Students
I have 20, wonderful students committed to learning! They are kindergartners between ages 5 and 6. All of my students show an honest desire to learn, and they all love school! They live in a community with lots of needs but with so much potential. At their young age, they have learned to work hard for their goals and not to let their lack of resources be an excuse for their performance. They enjoy going to school and interacting with each other!
My Project
Help me give my students a soft seating alternative. Now, that we have to keep our distance in the classroom, kids expend more time seating than usual. We are not allowed to sit on the carpet so my students are limited to their chairs. During large group my students have to bring their chairs to the rug.
This soft furniture will give their rears a nice break.
We are going through challenging times but we can adjust better if we have the resources to do so. I will always appreciate your giving hearts!
