My Project

Kindergarten is a magical place for discovery and wonder! Therefore, I have a dream to replace all of the old, broken, wobbly mis-matched rectangular desks in my classroom with new, colorful, age-appropriate circular solid tables.

Studies have reported that working in circles gives children an opportunity to speak and listen to one another in an atmosphere of safety, decorum and equality.

My vision is to have enough tables for every child to sit together in a group of 4, promoting collaboration and communication where they will equitably create, articulate their provocations within their learning community!
