My Students

At our school we provide small group counseling. We want our students to be productive members of society who are able to use coping skills when they are frustrated, angry or sad. We want our students to have social skills and know how to make and keep friends. We work hard to support our students.

My Project

Our school is demographically diverse. We work to provide our students with the supports and services they need to succeed. Our school focuses on developing the "whole child," which encourages social and emotional development. We are a Title 1 School, with 51% of our students being free or reduced lunch. Our students vary in ethnicity, SES, and cultures. Our school has very little technological resources but is working hard to meet the needs of students in the 21st century.
