My Project

My students are curious and love to learn about new things. Our science lessons for the spring involve lessons about animals, birds, and insects. A great way to teach about these creatures is to compare and contrast their life cycles. My students will be amazed to see real caterpillars transform into butterflies and see eggs hatch into baby chickens. Learning about life cycles with their own eyes and hands will make learning about this come to life.

Watching the circle of life for butterflies and chicks will be amazing for our students.

We have an incubator for the chicken eggs and a mesh cage for the butterflies. Watching these creatures grow and change will be an experience they will not forget. Students will learn about life cycles, habitats, and how to care for these new lives.
