Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The students ranges from Kindergarten, first grade, and second graders. We are a Title I school where most of the students receive free or reduced lunch. They are always eager to learn and build their critical thinking skills. With the Code & Go® Robot Mouse Activity Sets, the students will experience the beginning stages of coding. They will be able to work together in small groups to problem solve. The students will use the Snap Circuits Jr. kits to learn how electricity is produced and make connections to how to save the environment by saving energy in their daily lives. The students will be able to experience being persistent, creative, resourceful, and communitive through this activities.
