This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
My school is a located in the inner city. We service students who are in grades pre-kindergarten through fifth grade. The students are all in a Title I program where 100% of our students free breakfast and lunch Mondays through Fridays of the school year. The students have the desire to utilize technology during instructional time. The students are very creative using technology. This allows the teachers to use a variety of assessment activities to see if they are learning the concept. The students present information for mastery by using computers, software programs, and technology.
My Project
We are about eight weeks away from taking our state test. We need testing tools to help us prepare for our test. The pencils are for everyday use to complete work such as test prep packages. The color pens and highlighters are to use on the test prep packages also to highlight information needed to answer questions and important information.
The erasers are to make corrections on our papers as we self correct the answers.
The white out is for corrections to items that we used pens to mark. These tools will help us as we get ready for our testing during our technology class period.
