My students need whiteboards for small group instruction. We consistently have small groups being taught for each subject and whiteboards would allow for students the opportunity to reinforce the teaching point.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
As a teacher in a low income area, I see my students are faced with challenges both inside and outside of the classroom. Despite their obstacles, they are eager to learn and are excited when new topics are presented to them.
My students are very "hands-on" and learn best when they can be part of their own learning.
They are loving and sweet and are motivated each school day. My students are able to grow when they are in a positive classroom with the right materials.
My Project
These materials will make a tremendous difference in our student's learning. Many of our students require lessons to be retaught and benefit from this repetition. Having a whiteboards in our small group areas will allow for lessons to be repeated.
Laminating sheets and book rings are essentials to providing lasting and durable learning tools for our students.
We are consistently creating tools such as reading jobs, reminders and scaffolds that help our students become successful. The laminating sheets will allow for us to laminate key words and tools that the students can use. The book rings will allow for students to keep their tools organized by subject.
