My students come into class every day eager and ready to learn, and I want to make sure I am providing them with the best opportunities to do so. I have students of all levels and abilities and they each work very hard to succeed each day!
I teach at a low-income, Title I school where we provide breakfast and lunch for free to 100% of our students.
We are an ELL school, with over 18 countries being represented in our school! I want to make sure I am providing my students with the materials and resources they need so I can differentiate their learning to allow them to be successful now and in their futures!
My Project
I would like every second-grade student in my building to have a special t-shirt to wear on a very unique day to celebrate second graders, that will only happen this year! We have an order for school shirts each year; however, not many of my students can afford to purchase a shirt and this is a fun shirt for them to wear while we celebrate the day.
I want each student in my grade level to feel included and have a shirt to wear during our celebration and throughout the year!
I know our students will value this shirt and wear them with pride as they walk through the school with big smiles on their faces. Thank you for helping all students feel celebrated and special with a new t-shirt on this special and fun day!
