This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
I teach a group of highly energetic urban fourth grade students. Our school is a Title I school with 100% of our students receiving both free breakfast and lunch. Many of my students enter the classroom daily with academic and social challenges.
My students need classroom successes that will build toward lifelong successes.
They need daily reminders that they can have brighter futures. I desire to cultivate an exciting learning community for young scholars. A learning community with meaningful real-world connections. I need your help in building success stories that will aid in shaping and molding 21st-century positive lifelong learners.
My Project
My students will utilize the Chromebooks to create and complete assignments. Students will also work together in small groups to achieve common goals, developing better communication skills as a result. My young scholars will be responsible for one another's learning as well as their own. Thus, the success of one student helps other students to be successful.
Your donations to this project will inspire young innovators of the future by giving them access to pioneering technology as part of their education.
My young scholars will be motivated and engaged in their learning. I want to provide my students with cutting-edge technology in their daily learning community.
