My Students

My fourth grade classroom is an environment where every child is encouraged and challenged to do their best. The students abilities have a wide range that need to be met daily. They come to school ready to learn, and it is my goal to provide them with the best education I can give them.

My students are 4th graders in a suburban, low income elementary school.

I want to bring new and exciting opportunities to my students in order to keep them engaged and excited about learning via technology in the classroom. They are interested in technology and are always eager to engage in activities that I can provide in that modality. Technology allows them access to show their knowledge in ways that pencil/paper do not.

My Project

My students are noticeably more engaged in their work and less disruptive of their peers when using technology. By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student attention and focus, you will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement. Plus in this technology literate world, any interaction with updated technology will increase their literacy as well as their desire to learn and use the new technology!

My students already have shown an astonishing interest in technology, and this project will only help enrich their experiences.

Students will be able to use Chromebooks, which will help them complete research, develop skills, and assess their knowledge; all of which are needed to be successful in this data driven world.
