This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

Can you remember the first time you used an iPad? This magical technology is an amazing and popular product that our scholars need to access. Please make a donation and help make this memorable moment happen for our third grade scholars.

We are a third grade Integrated Co-Teaching (ICT) classroom at an independent charter school in Brooklyn, New York.

91% of our school qualifies for free or reduced lunch. Our young scholars are amazing people with incredible minds and endless talents.

My Project

We exist in a world that is engrossed in constantly changing technology. It is imperative that our young scholars learn how to engaged with this new technology. In addition to having access to technology, the use of iPad tablets in the classroom will help motivate reluctant readers through the use of eBooks. The use of interactive learning applications in math and reading will also benefit our scholars' learning and achievement!

Don't let our scholars go through another school year without the use of this amazing new technology!

It is imperative that our young scholars be given the opportunity to use new technology in the classroom. We are excited to see how the use of tablets will also help motivate our reluctant readers and improve overall achievement through various learning applications.
