Technology Literacy for Staff and Students

I need Campus Technology Specialist Certification to develop my skills and increase learning through the use of educational technology.

  • $667 goal

Hooray! This project is fully funded

My Students

All of my children learn Math, Science, Social Studies, and Tech from me. We team teach in 4th grade. Although they have similar traits, it is because of those traits that they have diverse backgrounds. Their family struggles are brought to school. However, they will succeed with your help.

Some of them have learning difficulties, live in poverty, and all qualify for free lunch.

My kids work very hard to overcome all the struggles that they are facing at such a young age. We will overcome the many challenges that they bring from home and outperform the expectations they have of themselves.

My Project

The purpose of the TCEA Campus Technology Specialist certification program is to provide a venue for educators who wish to become, or already are, campus-level technology specialists. The emphasis will be on developing skills to help classroom teachers successfully integrate technology into the everyday curriculum. Participants who successfully complete the certification requirements will be fully prepared to serve as a technology specialist.

I will possess the knowledge and skills to increase learning through the use of educational technology.

Coursework includes sessions such as Effective and Engaging Professional Development, True Technology Integration, Assessing Technology Literacy in Staff and Students, and/or QR Codes in the Classroom.
