My Students

My inclusion students vary in their abilities. Some of them can read on a fifth-grade level and some are on a second-grade level. Their reading abilities vary in their reading fluency and comprehension. My students need varying resources to help them achieve their goals. They need extra help from me in the regular classroom, as well as, being pulled to my room for some small group or individual help.

All my students try very hard in their academics.

However, with the right tools, they are able to succeed to limits they never thought possible. All my students work very hard, but some things do not come easy for them. This is when I can help them achieve better by providing more help where they need it.

My Project

Technology is used every day. The more students know about technology the more they can do in today's world. It is very important to make sure my fifth-grade special education students are up to date with technology.

I will use the iPad for keeping my students updated with technology.

It will help them by allowing them to do their math and science on the iPad instead of using paper and pencil. They will be able to use apps for practicing their math skills. The students will also be able to get into their Google Classroom with the iPad.

Students need technology daily at school to keep with times, which are continuing to change. The classroom is a steady place students are in each day. It is a perfect opportunity to keep the students up to date on technology, especially for those who may not have any kind of technology at home.
