Our school is a Title I school.

Students are eager to learn and our parental support is amazing! Our school has 1 major setback...it is right over the county line of a major county (this county attracts our tax dollars, leaving a small amount for the local education budget). However poor the school and school system may be, we have 100% dedication, motivation, and determination, to be successful!

My Project

I am the curriculum coach between a high school and middle school that share a campus. We have looked over the data and found a significant need for math interventions. In addition, we are also focusing on science intervention for select students.

The laptop will enable me to assign, review, and allow students work on individualized intervention lessons to improve their math proficiency.

Additionally, we use an access teacher to teach three of our science classes. Students need more laptops to use to complete assignments. This laptop would help me in math intervention as well as the science access teacher to expand computer availability to students.
