My students are begging to learn anything and everything.

No matter how much information I throw at them, they are always begging for more. They want to learn and I want to teach them in the most interactive and fun way possible. My school is a great place that nurtures the students' need to learn. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else.

My Project

I am requesting 4 DigiLand tablets to complete required Lexia Reading program each week. My students use Lexia (a reading program) to improve their reading abilities. Students are supposed to complete a minimum of 60 minutes a week, yet many are unable to due to the lack of technology at home and at school. With these extra tablets, it will allow students to complete their Lexia training to improve their reading skills.

These resources are the key to a successful classroom.

If my students are blessed to get these resources, I know they will soar high above expectations and be able to succeed in 1st grade and surpass expectations in 2nd grade.
